The structure is surrounded by a large garden and it has a private parking. On the back there is an indoor swimming pool, heated, usable both in winter and in summer, equipped with a lifter, installed to allow even those who are not self-sufficient to enter and exit the water. The pool overlooks a terrace and garden, an ideal space for reading, sunbathing and relaxing. The most fascinating part is the panoramic terrace, from which the view sweeps 360 degrees, from the sea in front of Pesaro and Mount San Bartolo, to the surrounding hills, from Mount Catria, located in the heart of the Marche, to S. Marino.
All internal and external spaces have been realized without any architectural barrier and allow access to all areas even to those who are not completely self-sufficient.
